ClassWallet Direct Pay Ordering Instructions

 

To help our customers quickly and easily order the classes they need through ClassWallet, we have created a simple step-by-step guide. 

Step 1 – Find your classes/products:

Browse The Animation Course website and add your education-related items to your cart by choosing “full payment” in the first box and choosing the class you want in the second box. This can include Live Classes, Recorded Classes, etc. 


Step 2 – Verify your cart:

Double-check that the items in your cart are all education-related and are for a single student. For families with multiple students, you will need to make a separate transaction for each child. (If ordering for more than one child, contact us if you have any questions and we can walk you through it) 


Step 3 – Checkout:

Once you have all of your items in the cart, select “CART.” If you are a returning customer, you can log in to your account. If this is your first purchase with us you can select “Create an Account,” or skip the account creation and place the order as a guest.

In the Discount Code Box, place the code - CLASSWALLET - to get full payment off whatever the amount is in your cart. You will not be asked to put in any payment type when you complete the checkout process.


Step 4 – Submitting the Invoice to ClassWallet:

Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email confirmation of your itemized receipt. 

Now just open your Class Wallet portal and navigate to Direct Pay, select The Animation Course, and follow the instructions on the screen to enter your invoice amount and upload the invoice. Class Wallet will notify us when the invoice is paid, but you will receive a confirmation email from kayla@theanimcourse.com with class information.
