The Drawing Course Level 3 is a hybrid course, combining art and technology together.Each week the student will learn artistic principles of color, paint and illustration and apply them in the industry standard software for design:Photoshop.Students will need to purchase their own Photoshop license and will also need a way to draw digitally, i.e. a Wacom or Huion type drawing pad with a digital drawing stylus (1 to 2 hours per week).

Software Requirements
The Drawing Course requires Adobe Photoshop and a digital drawing tablet. All assignments must be completed digitally.
Experience Necessary
None needed! The classes in The Drawing Course can be taken in any order.

Course Formats
1. Live Classes: Meets 1x/week with full access to teacher; homework is graded by a professional animator. 2 to 4 hours per week of additional live interactive opportunities such as Live Streaming sessions and Live Grader Q and A’s.
2. Recordings With Grading: Watch the recording anytime during the week of the live class with full access to teacher; homework is graded by a professional animator. 2 to 4 hours per week of additional live interactive opportunities such as Live Streaming sessions and Live Grader Q and A’s.
3. Recordings Only: Watch the recording anytime (all year round) but NO access to teacher and NO homework grading.

Session Dates
Sessions are usually around 12 weeks long.
There are three opportunities per year to attend a Live Class or view Recordings with Grading: Spring Session, Summer Session, and Fall Session.
